CAUTION ! CAUTION !
It is difficult to tell what size this mattress is by looking at the shipping container or inside the box ! One person just reported getting a queen when he ordered the King! Here is a tip before breaking open the mattress seals. The shipping container measurement for my Queen Mattress was 3'3" x 23" x 22" and the label (top right) said,"M MAT-42030-QN-WHT" Presumably this means Queen-White. Be certain you have what you ordered. Once you cut the seals, there is NO WAY to return this mattress. King will be in a larger box. Then Amazon shipped me a 2nd Queen Mattress a few days later. Thank you, Amazon. I'll contact them to ship it back.

I'm not going to repeat what everyone else has said. This report is ongoing until summer 2012 to give this mattress a complete & accurate review. Check back.

1) 12/9/11 -
* Upon installation, there was NO noticeable odor. It expanded completely in less than 30 minutes ( box had been in the house all night and was at room temp ). It feels exactly like the T-P "Cloud Supreme" priced at $2,849 at the dealer. We just don't agree with those reviewers who said this mattress was "Too Firm," or like "Sleeping on the Floor." If it is too hard or your personal taste, you can always add a topper.
* 1st night was a dream, like sleeping on a cloud.
* This Mattress Home Page can be found by Google Search "Sleep Innovations"
* I did a LOT of research before buying this mattress, & found this to be the Best Buy.
* Mattress dealers & traditional Mattress companies are obscenely expensive. You are paying Rip-Off prices for their rent, obscene profits and advertising. Paying a LOT more does not get us a better mattress, as this mattress proves.

I have to say that buying this bed has been a TERRIBLE experience.

I bought the 12 inch King size mattress, and was excited to get it, being that my current mattress is slumped in the middle and has been causing me back pain for awhile. Tracking the package through Amazon, it came 4 days later than it should have.

When I finally did receive it, I opened the package and let it expand, only to reveal a Full/Queen size mattress, measuring 59 in. x 79 in. labeled "King". I was very disappointed, being as I paid $530 for a King, and received a Queen (costing $399, a vast difference) that was LABELED King. If I wasn't aware of the size difference, I would've believed this false advertisement and kept this bed.

I called Amazon to try and switch this mattress for a King size, but as they were unable to, I was only able to receive a label to return this and get a refund. I was told to somehow get the bed to UPS and send it with the label they provided so that I could receive my refund in 10 to 15 days.

First of all, this bed has been VACUUM SEALED and sent in a box that would fit it accordingly. Once the bed is removed, there is no way to return it to the original packaging, and after talking to 3 different employees from Amazon Customer Service, they all told me that I would have to find a box on my own, pay for it on my own, and package it myself to take to UPS and return it.

I own a Mitsubishi Galant, which is not a big car. Not being able to transport this bed myself, I called UPS and explained my situation. They told me unless the bed is packaged in a box, or wrapped in plastic with bubble wrap covering it, they would not send it. Also, a pick up costs $12.

I paid for a King size mattress, received the wrong item in the mail, and now I have to pay in time and money because Sleep Innovations is falsely advertising their merchandise. I would NOT recommend them to anyone unless you're wanting to pay out of pocket for a headache, and NOT be reimbursed for their mistakes.

I'm also very disappointed because I would have loved to keep the bed if it came in the right size without all the trouble. I am planning on receiving my refund and buying the same bed (with more cushy layers) from LUCID Linen Spa.

I do not plan on doing business with Sleep Innovations again and will be sure to let others know of this awful experience.

We ordered this to replace an old Sealy posturpedic which was giving me a bad back. This proved very comfortable, arrived quickly, and was easy to open and use. Ours was expanded in about 30 minutes. It's firmer than our old Sealy, but the memory foam stopped my backache. Worth every dime in my opinion. No smell either. We'll give it five stars for now.
