The quality of this pillow is bar none... from the talalay latex zoned pillow to the beautiful, voluptuous velour pillowcase. OMG! It is literally like a lovely squishy cloud to lay your head on. At first hug, I actually fell in love with this pillow because before trying the Z pillows, I was one for plush, soft pillows. HOWEVER, we proceeded to order the memory foam pillow and I astonishingly realized, I love the support of a firm pillow more. This pillow was just never the same to me after I was introduced to the Memory Foam Dough pillow and the Shredded Talalay Latex pillow. I'm a side sleeper btw. With my new preference for firmer pillows, I now feel that this pillow doesn't provide enough support (not for my head nor for between my legs), but its great to cuddle with while watching a movie. This darn pillow was also the most expensive one.

After purchasing many types of pillows, from down to fiber filled, expensive to inexpensive, I finally found a pillow that is supportive and comfy at the same time! I can tell that it will retain its bounce and comfort for a long time, as opposed to other pillows we've tried that seem to always lose their shape quickly. I will definitely be ordering more. Worth the price!
